Terms of Use

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules (including Google Play policies).

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

Entropinyx is a live wallpaper application for Android. The Service allows you to:

• Set a dynamic animation as your device wallpaper
• Customize visual settings
• Participate in a referral program to unlock additional features

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security measures
• Use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Abuse the referral system through fraudulent or automated means

Entropinyx includes a referral program that allows users to unlock additional features by sharing the app with others.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. We may revoke referral rewards if we detect abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the referral system.

The Service relies on the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, and referral data storage.
• Google Play — for app distribution, install referrer attribution, in-app review, and in-app updates.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside of our control. Your use of such services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The Service will perform identically on all devices or Android versions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any device performance impact from running the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data

The Service (including software, design, graphics, icons, and branding) is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Entropinyx trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if required to comply with law or protect the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the revised Effective Date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Where required, mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply and prevail.
