A) Technical and Usage Information

We automatically collect certain technical information necessary to operate and improve the Service, including:

• Device model and operating system version
• Application version
• Crash logs and diagnostics data
• Performance metrics
• Feature usage events (e.g., screens visited)

This information is processed by Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring) on our behalf. Firebase may assign anonymous identifiers to your device. No app configuration data is included in analytics.

B) Device Identifier

A pseudonymous device identifier is generated locally and hashed before use. It is stored in Google Firebase Firestore alongside a referral code to track referral relationships. No other personal information is stored alongside it.

C) Install Referrer

When you install the app from a referral link, referral parameters are processed once at first launch to attribute the referral and are not stored beyond processing.

D) App Settings

All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

E) Remote Configuration

The app fetches configuration values from Firebase Remote Config to manage feature flags. This does not transmit personal data.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Track and reward referrals between users
• Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
• Monitor and diagnose crashes and performance issues
• Manage feature availability via remote configuration
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

We may share limited information with:

• Google Firebase — anonymous device and usage analytics, crash reports, performance metrics, remote configuration, and Firestore for referral data.
• Google Play — for install referrer attribution, in-app review prompts, and in-app update checks.
• Authorities — if required by law or to protect legal rights.

App settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a copy of this data on our servers.

Referral data is stored in Firebase Firestore indefinitely to maintain the referral system.

Technical and analytics data processed by Firebase is retained in accordance with Google's data retention policies. We configure retention periods to the minimum necessary for analytics purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information.

Local data: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data (app settings, preferences, cached state) from your device.

Firestore data: To request deletion of your referral data stored in Firebase Firestore, please contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Analytics data: Anonymous analytics and diagnostics data collected by Firebase cannot be linked to individual users. Because this data is anonymous and aggregated, it cannot be attributed to or deleted for a specific user.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Device identifiers are hashed before transmission.
• All network communication uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
• Local data on your device is protected by your device's own security mechanisms.
• Firebase data is processed using Google's security infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Analytics, crash reporting, and referral data are processed by Google Firebase, whose infrastructure spans multiple countries. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law.

Entropinyx is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the revised Effective Date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
